Is it bad that I abhorred Lord of the Rings (even with the aid of beer snuck into the theatre?). I didn’t much like the books either though.

LOTR ain’t for everyone. I never even attempted the books even after the films were wrapped up. Way too much to take in. I give credit to those who stick it out with the books. I don’t think I have the patience. I do enjoy the movies though.
Richard Armitage as Thorin Oakenshield looks a lot like Ed Norton in that poster.
