“The Lords of Salem” is the new Horror film from Director / Musician Rob Zombie about a DJ (Sheri Moon Zombie) who accidentally resurrects a trio of Witches with a particular heavy metal tune that she plays. The film was acquired by Anchor Bay from the Toronto Film Festival and a release date should be forthcoming pretty soon. Judging by the operatic score (which may or not be used in the final cut) and the polished look of the film it may be a return to form of sorts (Pre – Halloween) for RZ. We’ll see.
The Lords of Salem stars Sheri Moon Zombie, Patricia Quinn, Sid Haig, Michael Berryman, Judy Geeson, Bruce Davison, Ken Foree, Dee Wallace, Meg Foster, Maria Conchita Alonso, and Jeff Daniel Phillips.
What do you all make of the trailer? I dig some of the imagery but I hope that there is an intriguing story in there somewhere.

haha! Ugh, I know. It’s quite annoying imo. Kinda like Bonham Carter in every Burton movie.
It looks like Zombie has gone back to the Bizarre imagery that made ‘House of 1000 Corpses’ so good! I know a bit about the story and it sounds good. BTW, the vid was removed by user and is showing only static snow.
